What is the difference between the CK-1S and the standard CK?

The CK-1S combines the CK bevel gearbox with a multi-stage spur gearbox, raising the output torque to 2,350–26,000 Nm and the ratio to 13.6:1–115.5:1 across seven models. The standard CK covers the lower-torque, lower-ratio range with 350–6,800 Nm and 2.6:1–7.1:1.

Which valves can the CK-1S series be mounted on?

In general, the gearbox is suitable for gate and globe valves. The valve-side mounting flange follows ISO 5210, and the stem bore and mounting dimensions comply with international standards, so the gearbox assembles directly onto the valve.

Why does the CK-1S use a bottom-mounted stem nut?

The CK-1S stem nut is mounted from the bottom of the housing, which allows a larger nut and a larger stem bore than same-class MY-V models. Larger trapezoidal-thread valve stems can therefore pass through — up to Φ160 mm on the 2CK18-1S — making the gearbox suitable for gate and globe valves with large stems and thrust loads of up to 1,500,000 N.

Can the CK-1S series be combined with other gearboxes?

Yes. The CK-1S can be combined with the RK-DZ three-input gearbox for multi-input operation, and other combination arrangements are confirmed project by project.

How do I select the right CK-1S model?

CK-1S Bevel Gear Operator

The CK-1S series combines the CK multi-turn bevel valve gearbox with a multi-stage spur gearbox, extending output torque to 2,350–26,000 Nm and ratio to 13.6:1–115.5:1 across seven models. Inside the CK platform, a spiral bevel gear pair drives a trapezoidal-thread stem nut that raises and lowers the valve stem, turning handwheel rotation into vertical stem travel with smooth running, low noise and high efficiency. The bottom-mounted stem nut has a larger bore than same-class MY-V models, so larger trapezoidal-thread valve stems can pass through. Thrust capacity reaches 1,500,000 N, and the unit can be combined with the RK-DZ three-input gearbox for multi-input operation. ISO 5210 mounting flange; IP67 as standard, IP68 optional. Manufactured in compliance with CE and ISO 9001 standards.
