Part-turn valve gearboxes are used for butterfly, ball, and plug valves, while multi-turn valve gearboxes are used for gate and globe valves. Yes. All models in the MY series can be configured as part-turn or multi-turn — the key feature of this series. The configuration is confirmed during selection based on your valve type and operating requirements.
MY, MY-V, YZ, and YZ-ZC are base manual series built from their respective gear types, suited to smaller torques and gear ratios. The S suffix (MY-1S, YZ-S) adds a spur gear stage for higher torque and ratio in manual operation. The D suffix (MY-D, MY-1S D, YZ-D) is the electric-actuator-driven version, where the handwheel input is replaced by a flange for connection to an electric actuator.

Part-turn valve gearboxes cover 240 to 850,000 Nm, and multi-turn valve gearboxes cover 216 to 170,000 Nm, with manual, electric, or pneumatic operation options.

Standard customization covers handwheel and chainwheel size, valve flange connection per ISO 5211, ISO 5210, and JB 2920-81, valve stem connection (keyed, square bore, trapezoidal thread, and more), housing and gear materials (ductile iron, WCB, CF8/CF8M, LCC/LCB/LC1, solid or bronze-rimmed worm wheels), gear ratios, and stem protection covers. Standard gearboxes are sealed for general industrial environments, with IP68 upgrades available for special waterproof environments. Coating systems can be upgraded to the C5 corrosion category per ISO 12944 for marine, chemical, and coastal installations.
Minimum order, lead time, payment terms, and capacity.
No. There is no minimum order quantity for standard orders — standard customization options such as flanges, stem connections, handwheels, materials, IP ratings, and coating systems are available with regular orders. For small-batch orders, the customer needs to cover the shipping costs. For non-standard requirements, such as custom gear ratios beyond the standard range or special customization, the minimum order quantity is decided case by case depending on the design.
Standard orders are completed in 3–20 days, depending on the specific order quantity. Customized orders are scheduled according to the specific order details — contact YOYAGE for a quotation. In all cases, customer requirements come first: YOYAGE provides convenient, efficient service for every customer and makes every effort to complete orders on time.
The standard payment term is 30% advance payment after contract confirmation, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment.
