Our factory in China brings machining, assembly, and painting under one roof, with an annual capacity of 300,000+ units.
The YOYAGE production base houses machining, assembly, painting, and inspection workshops, covering 9,900+ m² of factory floor area.
Semi-finished housings, gears, and shafts are stored by production order, keeping machining, assembly, and painting connected in one flow.
Gearboxes are assembled by dedicated teams following standard work instructions, with checks at each assembly step.
Each gearbox receives surface treatment and coating according to order requirements, followed by final visual and function checks.
CNC spiral bevel gear hobbing machines produce bevel gear pairs used in YOYAGE bevel gearbox series.
High-performance hobbing machines cut worm gears and spur gears with stable tooth profile accuracy.
Precision grinding machines finish gear teeth and shafts to the required tolerances and surface quality.
In-house Production, Controlled at Every Step
Every YOYAGE valve gearbox is machined, assembled, and painted in-house. Direct control over each production step keeps quality consistent and delivery reliable, for both standard gear operators and custom-designed gearboxes.
Production runs under ISO 9001 certified management. Process cards track every component through machining, in-process inspection, assembly, and painting, followed by systematic final checks before delivery.
