Requirement Mapping
Every inquiry is reviewed against your valve type, valve size, required torque, stem dimensions, and connection standard. If any data is missing, we clarify it with you before making a recommendation, so the proposal is based on complete information.

Application & Environment Check
Certificates, IP protection level, coating, and anti-corrosion requirements are matched to your actual service environment, so the gearbox specification fits the application rather than a generic assumption.

Schedule Confirmation Before Order
Production schedule and delivery window are confirmed before the order is accepted, including buffer time for identified risks, so the lead time we quote is the lead time we plan to meet.
Custom Design & Drawings
Standard or custom-designed, every gearbox is confirmed by drawings before production.

Standard or Custom Decision
Confirmed requirements are first checked against the standard range covering 216 to 850,000 Nm. If a standard model fits, its drawings are issued directly; if not, a custom design is developed from your valve data.

Parameter-by-Parameter Verification
Gear ratio, output torque, mounting flange, stem connection, IP rating, and coating system are verified item by item against your requirements, including any special operating conditions agreed during the review stage.

Approval Before Production
Completed drawings are sent to you for confirmation, and production starts only after approval. The approved drawing is then used as the reference for in-process and final inspection.
Production & Inspection
Production is followed up step by step, with inspection before every delivery.

Order-Level Schedule Tracking
Each order travels with its own process card, and machining results are recorded at every workstation. Deviations are corrected in process rather than discovered at final assembly.

Torque & Function Testing
Finished gearboxes are tested for output torque and operating smoothness according to order requirements, ensuring test results meet the specified values.

Pre-Shipment Final Check
After assembly and painting, each unit is checked for appearance, structure, function, and surface finish against the approved drawing and your order requirements before it moves to packing.

Packing Matched to Transport
Packing is selected according to unit weight and shipping route. Export orders use reinforced structures with moisture-proof and shock-resistant protection for long-distance transportation.

Marking & Document Check
Shipping marks, labels, and the packing list are checked against your order before crates are sealed, so goods and documents arrive consistent and easy to receive.

Agreed Terms & Status Updates
Shipments are arranged under the agreed trade terms, such as FOB or CIF, and logistics status is shared after departure so you can plan receiving and installation in advance.
