Gear Material & Treatment
Core gears are made from 20CrMnTi case-hardening gear steel — cut by CNC hobbing, precision ground, carburized, and quenched — reaching HRC 58–62 on the tooth surface with a tough HRC 30–45 core for long fatigue life under repeated loads. Heavy-duty worm wheels are made from QT600 ductile iron, with solid bronze and bronze-rimmed options available for low-friction, anti-seizure meshing. Output torque is verified up to 850,000 Nm before delivery.
