YZ-S Series Manual Quarter-turn Worm Valve Gearbox
YZ-S Worm Gear Operator
The YZ-S series is the high-torque member of YOYAGE's YZ quarter-turn worm gearbox family: a YZ-ZC spur gear stage is combined with the YZ worm gear platform to serve large butterfly, ball, plug and rotary ball valves. Where the YZ base model covers 500–6,825 Nm, the YZ-S scales through 21 sizes up to 850,000 Nm, with ratios from 78:1 to 19320:1 and ISO 5211 flanges from F12 to F100. The precisely cast housing offers multiple material options, while the self-locking worm gear pair and tapered roller bearings keep operation smooth and efficient even at maximum output. ISO 5211 mounting flange; IP67 as standard, IP68 optional for special environments. Manufactured in compliance with CE and ISO 9001 standards.
