Which valves can the YZ-D series be mounted on?

Butterfly, ball, plug and rotary ball valves with 90° quarter-turn travel. The valve-side mounting flange follows ISO 5211, and the stem bore and mounting height comply with international standards, so the gearbox assembles directly onto the valve.

What does M.A. ±10% mean in the technical table?

M.A. is the transmission efficiency factor of the worm gear pair, 0.35 for the whole series: output torque ≈ input torque × ratio × 0.35, with a ±10% manufacturing tolerance. Use it to check the actuator input torque and the output margin.

The YZ-D series is the electric-actuator-driven version of the YZ quarter-turn worm gearbox: the handwheel input is replaced by an actuator flange, turning the base manual model into an electric gear actuator for butterfly, ball, plug and rotary ball valves. Twenty-two sizes cover 500–250,000 Nm with ratios from 34:1 to 82:1, each pre-matched with actuator torque, speed and open time in the combination table. The integral worm is formed in one piece for high durability and greater impact resistance, and is ground on high-precision grinding machines for high transmission efficiency. The precisely cast housing, self-locking worm gear pair and tapered roller bearings keep transmission flexible and efficient. Valve-side mounting follows ISO 5211, the actuator input ISO 5210 or JB2920-81; IP67 as standard, IP68 optional for special environments. Manufactured in compliance with CE and ISO 9001 standards.
