RK-DZ Bevel Gear Operator

The RK-DZ series is YOYAGE's three-input multi-turn bevel valve gearbox, mounted directly on gate and globe valves. Three input shafts accept an electric actuator, a handwheel or another gearbox, so the valve can be driven from three directions. The spiral bevel gear pair and thrust ball bearings deliver smooth running, high output torque, low noise and high efficiency, while fully sealed joints keep water out and grease in. The same platform can be combined with CK or CK-1S gearboxes to build a complete linked system. Eight models cover 350–6,800 Nm and 90,000–880,000 N of thrust. ISO 5210 mounting flange; IP67 as standard, IP68 optional for special environments. Manufactured in compliance with CE and ISO 9001 standards.
