Which valves can the CK series be mounted on?

In general, the gearbox is suitable for gate and globe valves. The valve-side mounting flange follows ISO 5210, and the stem bore and mounting dimensions comply with international standards, so the gearbox assembles directly onto the valve.

What is a multi-turn bevel valve gearbox?

A manual bevel valve gearbox is a hand-operated gear operator that uses a spiral bevel gear pair to drive a trapezoidal-thread stem nut, which moves the valve stem up and down to convert horizontal handwheel rotation into vertical multi-turn stem travel. The bearing carries the axial loads from the valve stem, giving smooth operation, high output torque, low noise and high efficiency.

Why does the CK use a bottom-mounted stem nut?

The CK stem nut is mounted from the bottom of the housing, which allows a larger nut and a larger stem bore than same-class MY-V models. Larger trapezoidal-thread valve stems can therefore pass through — up to Φ130 mm on the 2CK10 — making the CK suitable for gate and globe valves with large stems and high thrust loads of up to 880,000 N.

Can the CK series be combined with other gearboxes?

Yes. The CK can be combined with the RK-DZ three-input gearbox for multi-input operation, and other combination arrangements are confirmed project by project.

How do I select the right CK model?

CK Bevel Gear Operator

The CK series is YOYAGE's base manual multi-turn bevel valve gearbox, mounted directly on gate and globe valves. A spiral bevel gear pair drives a trapezoidal-thread stem nut that raises and lowers the valve stem, converting handwheel rotation into vertical stem travel with smooth running, high torque, low noise and high efficiency. Its bottom-mounted stem nut has a larger bore than same-class MY-V models, so larger trapezoidal-thread valve stems can pass through. Adding a spur gear stage creates the CK-1S, and the CK can be combined with the RK-DZ three-input gearbox for multi-input operation. Eight models cover 350–6,800 Nm and 90,000–880,000 N of thrust. Fully sealed joints keep water out and grease in. ISO 5210 mounting flange; IP67 as standard, IP68 optional. Manufactured in compliance with CE and ISO 9001 standards.
