MY-V-1S Bevel Gear Operator

The MY-V-1S series is the multi-stage variant of the MY-V bevel valve gearbox platform — a manual multi-turn bevel gear operator in which the spiral bevel gear pair is combined with an added spur gear stage, driving a trapezoidal-thread stem nut that moves the valve stem up and down. The extra spur stage multiplies the output, extending the range to 2,500–100,000 Nm across ten models and ratios from 12.2:1 to 200:1, while the base MY-V covers the lower-torque range. It mounts directly on gate and globe valves, with butterfly, plug and other valves also supported. The precise-cast housing comes in multiple materials, and fully sealed joints keep water out and grease in. ISO 5210 mounting flange; IP67 as standard, IP68 optional for special environments.
