Which valves can the MY-V-D series be mounted on?

Gate and globe valves are the primary applications, and the gearbox can also be fitted to butterfly, plug and other valves. The valve-side mounting flange follows ISO 5210, and the stem bore and mounting dimensions comply with international standards, so the gearbox assembles directly onto the valve.

How does the MY-V-D differ from the manual MY-V?

The MY-V-D is the electric-actuator-driven version of the MY-V: the handwheel input is replaced by an actuator flange, so an electric actuator drives the same spiral bevel gear pair and trapezoidal-thread stem nut. The gearbox itself remains a multi-turn bevel operator for gate and globe valves, with the same ISO 5210 valve-side mounting.

How do I select an MY-V-D model with an electric actuator?

In the combination table, choose the model whose Output Nm meets the valve torque requirement with a safety margin; the same row gives the pre-matched actuator mounting flange (Z10–Z1200) and the input torque required from the actuator. Can the MY-V-D gearbox be used outdoors or in submerged conditions?

Standard protection is IP67. For special environments such as flooding-prone or buried installations, IP68 and immersion protection are available on request.

MY-V-D Bevel Gear Operator

The MY-V-D series is the electric-actuator-driven version of the MY-V multi-turn bevel valve gearbox — the handwheel input is replaced by an actuator flange, so an electric actuator drives the spiral bevel gear pair and a trapezoidal-thread stem nut that moves the valve stem up and down, giving smooth operation, high output torque, low noise and high efficiency. Across fourteen models the output reaches 216–100,000 Nm with ratios from 2.3:1 to 7:1, and the combination table pre-matches each gearbox with an actuator mounting flange (Z10–Z1200) and its output torque. The precise-cast housing comes in multiple materials, and fully sealed joints keep water out and grease in. ISO 5210 valve mounting flange; actuator input ISO 5210 or JB2920-81.
