YZ-ZC Series Manual Multi-turn Spur Valve Gearbox
YZ-ZC Spur Gear Operator
The YZ-ZC series is YOYAGE's multi-turn manual spur gear operator, built from multiple spur gear stages. Mounted directly on a valve, it works like a bevel gear operator: the output drives a trapezoidal-thread stem nut that moves the stem up and down, serving gate and globe valves. It also works as a standalone reducer that can be combined with any single-stage gearbox for higher ratio and torque — the YZ worm gearbox plus YZ-ZC forms the YZ-S, and an actuator flange replaces the handwheel on the YZ-ZC-D. Seven sizes cover 459–6,528 Nm at 2.5:1–24:1, with thrust bearings and deep groove ball bearings ensuring smooth, efficient operation. ISO 5210 mounting flange; IP67 as standard, IP68 optional. Manufactured in compliance with CE and ISO 9001 standards.
