HXH Worm Gear Operator
The HXH series is YOYAGE's lightweight quarter-turn manual worm gearbox — the compact, cost-effective member of our worm gear platform, purpose-built for the 90° operation of butterfly, ball, plug and rotary ball valves where torque demand is moderate. Where the heavy-duty HX uses a one-piece worm shaft and a split worm wheel nut, the HXH adopts a split worm shaft and a one-piece worm wheel nut — a construction that is faster to machine and well suited to volume production. Twenty-one sizes cover 260–120,000 Nm with ratios from 29:1 to 2895:1, delivering above-average quality and a clear price advantage. The ductile iron housing keeps weight low, while the self-locking worm gear pair and reliable bearing support keep operation smooth. ISO 5211 mounting flange; IP65 as standard, IP68 optional. Manufactured in compliance with CE and ISO 9001 standards.
