How do I select an MY-D model by output torque and valve open time?

What does M.A. ±10% mean in the technical table?

M.A. is the transmission efficiency factor of the worm gear pair, 0.35 for the whole series: output torque equals input torque multiplied by ratio and by 0.35, with a ±10% manufacturing tolerance. Use it to check the actuator input torque and the output margin.

Which valves can the MY-D series be mounted on?

Butterfly, ball, plug and rotary ball valves with 90° travel, plus three-way ball valves and other three-way valves that need full-rotation multi-turn operation. MY-D Worm Gear Operator

The MY-D series is the electric-actuator-driven version of the compact MY — the handwheel is replaced by an actuator flange, giving a part-turn or multi-turn electric gear actuator for butterfly, ball, plug and rotary ball valves from 800 to 150,000 Nm, plus three-way ball valves and other three-way valves that need full-rotation multi-turn operation. Standard ratios from 33:1 to 80:1 are pre-matched with electric actuators. The precision-cast housing, self-locking worm gear pair and tapered roller bearings deliver flexible, efficient transmission with a documented M.A. of 0.35 ±10%.
